HOT & CREAMY CAULIFLOWER DIP

There are very few people who like appetizers, which are easier to prepare than a hot and creamy bath. Present a bubbly dish with cheese at each social gathering, and you’ll pour guests like the Seagulls in Findet Nemo, the “mine! Mine! Mine! ”

This creamy cauliflower dip is an absolute winner. SA is currently on a health walk and immediately stated, “There’s no way to touch that,” when he came into the kitchen and saw me whipping the mayonnaise together. Fast forward 20 minutes and he ate the dip on the spoon with an embarrassed look on his face.

This dip is an excellent meal or party dish as it can be prepared one day in advance, transported in a Tupperware container and quickly heated in the oven before serving. It’s great with crispy bread, crackers or different types of vegetables.

This is the first time I made mayonnaise, and I could not believe how quick and easy it could be. Although this is not the tastiest version, it is perfect for this dip. I hope to be able to play with it over the next few days to create a mayonnaise that is more suitable as a spread, etc. If you’re focused on the specific carbohydrate diet or are adventurous, I recommend you make the mayonnaise from Scratch, but I promise I can not judge if you’re reaching for a trusted old Hellmann glass instead. ingredients
1 cup cauliflower
1 tbsp olive oil
1 cup mayonnaise see recipe below
1/2 cup of Parmesan
2 cloves of garlic
1 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
mayonnaise
1 egg
2 teaspoons lemon juice
Salt-
3/4 cup olive oil

Preheat oven to 175 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit)
Wash and cut the cauliflower into small pieces. Place the cauliflower on a baking sheet and lightly drizzle with olive oil. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until well cooked and brown
To make the mayonnaise break an egg into a large, narrow bowl. Add salt, lemon juice and oil and mix everything with a hand blender. Make sure you have a hand on the bowl so nothing flies. The mayonnaise already forms after 15-20 seconds of mixing.
Once the cauliflower is cooked, remove from the oven and cut into small pieces (about 1/2 cm in size).
In an oven-proof bowl, mix lemon juice, mayonnaise, parmesan garlic and cauliflower
Cook in the oven for 15 minutes, until the dip begins to bubble and turn brown at the top. Remove from the oven and serve with bread, crackers or vegetables. Enjoy!
